Completing a Failed Project
previous developer went bankrupt and the site stopped. We’re-managed the entire operation: working directly with the 16 existing residents, completing all finishing and infrastructure works, obtaining “Form 4” (occupancy permit), and managing orderly handovers. We handled hundreds of open planning, engineering, and legal issues. We successfully completed a project considered “lost” and brought the building into full routine operation.

Full TAMA 38(1) Project under Extreme Conditions
A reinforcement and expansion project: 12 new units added to 16 existing ones. Management of the project from start to finish—during an especially challenging period that included the COVID-19 crisis and the start of the war. We met all strict control and supervision requirements of 38/1. The project ended successfully with “Form 4,” and residents moved into their apartments.

Support and management of the project from its inception
architectural and engineering planning, building the financial and business model, preparation for financing, and support. Leading from the start through to the beginning of execution. Managing the project on behalf of the developer.
