Your Professional Representative in Israel - Personal and Practical Support for Overseas Buyers and Investors.

Purchasing or renovating a property in Israel while living abroad can be complex and stressful. Language barriers, physical distance, and local bureaucracy create uncertainty and sometimes costly mistakes. We act as your local representatives and decision-making partners, ensuring everything is handled transparently, orderly, and professionally – even when you aren’t on the ground.

Who We Are?

Telem Entrepreneurship specializes in supporting buyers and managing processes for clients living outside of Israel. We are not contractors or real estate agents. We represent solely the client’s interests – without third-party commissions.

How do we create peace of mind?

Full transparency (photo and video updates, budget tracking) and handling Israeli bureaucracy (coordinating with authorities, infrastructure companies, and reducing delays).

Case Study

“Suitcase Only” Apartment (Jerusalem | Ramat Eshkol)

Shimi and Aliza Kunblich purchased an apartment in Jerusalem as part of their Aliyah. They wanted to enter a home ready for living – no renovations and no headaches. The apartment was in a building undergoing TAMA 38, which required precise work with the project manager and a deep understanding of the structure’s limitations.

We managed the project remotely via a dedicated work group with photo and video updates and a transparent budget tracking file. The renovation included: moving the kitchen, adding a bathroom, replacing windows, increasing electrical capacity (electrical board upgrade), installing an electric pergola for Sukkot, AC systems, full carpentry, and full furnishing. The Result: When Shimi and Aliza arrived in Israel, they didn’t walk into a “project” – they walked into a home. Everything was installed, clothes were organized in the closets. They entered a completely ready home.
